Some candidates have all the skills and right knowledge to do the job well, but don’t always inspire clients during the interview process. When the pressure is on, some candidates can fail to accurately portray themselves even if they are the right candidate. We work in a number of ways with candidates, from scenario based training such as practice interviews to discussing specific concerns so we build the candidate’s confidence to answer any questions clearly and concisely in the actual interviews.
